Is it ok to Spin a day after getting my Mirena IUD insterted? - mirena and celiac disease

I had a Mirena coil my day, and I believe will go to my spin class hours Tomorow. Is this a bad idea, so soon after it in? Could "take off" or they have a better chance to get out?
