Should I change my Canadian money now for American for my trip in August? - american trip rapidshare

I just read that the Canadian dollar is now higher than about 10 years ago. We are planning a trip stateside in August, and I wonder whether it usually is not usually a significant change in a few months. Should I go to the bank tomorrow, or it is really a big difference? Thank you!
